General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing your use of the cdb44 platform and all its services. In these Terms, "we", "platform", or "cdb44" refers to the company, and "you" or "user" refers to the user.

By accessing the cdb44 platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, you may not use this platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use the cdb44 platform. We reserve the right to request valid identification for age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person, or members of the same household sharing a device or payment method, will be considered a violation of these Terms.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be fully accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. cdb44 reserves the right to close an account and forfeit any outstanding funds if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time we consider it necessary, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Proof of residential address (if required)

If documents are not submitted or verification fails, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend the account.

Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your cdb44 account login credentials confidential and to ensure the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, including any unauthorised access by a third party.

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Make sure you log out of your account after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds at cdb44, we accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other listed banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without placing at least one bet equal to the deposit amount.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.4 Windfalls and Large Wins

cdb44 reserves the right to carry out additional verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks for unusually large withdrawal amounts. Additional documents may be requested during this process and there may be some delay in processing the withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms — read them carefully before accepting the offer.
• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once, and more than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after the wagering requirements are met are withdrawable.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• cdb44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

cdb44 has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. Cashback benefits at each tier are provided subject to applicable conditions.

Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will only be considered valid once the platform has successfully accepted it and issued a confirmation number. If no confirmation is received due to a technical issue, the bet is not valid.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is accepted are final. If odds change between the time of the request and the time of confirmation, the user will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the updated odds.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the relevant bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. Specific rules may apply for each sport.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

cdb44 reserves the right to set maximum payout limits for various sports and markets. These limits will be displayed on each event's betting page. In exceptional circumstances, payout limits may be changed by administrative decision.

Casino Game Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games offered on cdb44 are operated by software from approved game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution Gaming). The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and unpredictable.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of an incomplete round caused by a server disconnection, software error, or other technical issue, the stake will be refunded in accordance with company policy. Any abnormal winnings displayed as a result of an error will be considered void.

7.3 Live Casino

If there is a discrepancy between the dealer's decision and the result shown in the game interface during a live casino game, the video recording of the live stream will be used as the final evidence.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cdb44 platform:

• Bonus abuse — attempting to obtain bonuses by creating multiple accounts, through coordinated groups, or by any other fraudulent method.
• Arbitrage betting or placing bets on opposing sides of the same event to guarantee a profit.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or other programs.
• Placing bets using insider information or any unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems or gaining unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Chargeback fraud or misuse of the payment system.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 cdb44's Rights

cdb44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• An order from a court or relevant authority.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

9.3 Inactive Account Fee

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login activity for more than 12 months. A maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account each month. A notification will be sent to the registered email before any fee is deducted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cdb44 shall not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, server failure, or other technical issues.
• Losses to users resulting from third-party activities.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, epidemics, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Financial losses incurred by the user as a result of gambling.

11.3 Final Decision

The decision of cdb44 management shall be considered final and binding in the event of a dispute. If a resolution cannot be reached by mutual agreement of both parties, the matter will be referred to an independent mediator.

Changes and Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

cdb44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified at their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Service Termination

cdb44 reserves the right to partially or fully terminate its services at any time. In the event of a complete service termination, users will be given adequate advance notice and arrangements will be made to return valid balances.
